Vegesaurs Continues Global Growth

The hit preschool series Vegesaurs, distributed by Studio 100 International and produced by Cheeky Little Media, has continued its global growth trajectory with an expanded episode order and licensing and merchandising program.

Seasons four and five are currently in production and will bring the total episode count to 100 by 2026. Epic Story Toys, the master toy partner of the brand, is set to launch a full toy line in early 2026. A multimedia experience, the Vegesaurs Immersive Experience, opened recently in Sydney, Australia, with additional locations in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East planned.

Vegesaurs also has a range of strategic partnerships, including with Macmillan Publishers; L-founders; and Sony Music Entertainment, which will introduce an audio play series in Germany.

The series also continues to grow its availability on screens. In the U.S., it is distributed by American Public Television and airs on PBS member stations in key metropolitan areas, including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, D.C., and reaches more than 40 million TV households. It is also available nationwide via PBS Passport.

In Australia, the series had over 126 million minutes watched on ABC iview in 2024 and ranks among the platform’s top ten most-viewed shows. It is the number two ABC-commissioned animated series after Bluey.

On BBC iPlayer in the U.K., Vegesaurs has achieved over 60 million views.

The series is preparing for a German TV debut in 2025 on a major kids’ broadcaster. Details will be forthcoming.
